BeeBot Web Design will meet with your staff to discuss what your company would like to accomplish on the World Wide Web. This initial meeting is at no charge.
Next is our bid process. Based on our conversation and the content information discussed and/or provided to us, a bid for the creation or redesign of your company's web site is developed. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the bid.
Generally your staff gathers or develops the information that your company wants for their web site in written or electronic format, including text, photos, logos, brochures, and flyers. We call this the content for the web site. Together BeeBot Web Design and your staff will set a deadline for when all the content will be gathered or completed and presented to us. If your staff does not have the time or resources create content, we have photographers and copywriters standing by ready to create content for your company. There is an additional cost to use our Content Development Team. BeeBot Web Design will not be able to set a completion deadline for a project until after we have received all of the content for a project.
BeeBot Web Design requires a copy of the signed bid and at least fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated amount for the project is required before any work on a project begins. This payment retains our services. Remainder of payment is due upon completion of the project and before we launch the web site project.
One of the first things we do when we begin a project is to have your staff preview the "look and feel" of the web site to make sure we are on track with what your company wants.
During the project, if your company needs to make changes or additions to content that are considered outside the scope of original bid, you will be contacted prior to further monetary commitment. These additions are bid out separately.
When the work is completed, we do a quality assurance check to make sure we have correctly added all the content to the web site. Then we send out a project completion letter informing your staff that we have completed and proofed all work performed on the project. At this time, the final payment is due.
We offer a warranty for minor changes that your company may wish to make to the web site during the next 10 days following the completion of the project. The warranty cannot exceed 5% of the total invoiced development time. Once we have received payment, BeeBot Web Design will launch the web site project. Any original content that needs to be returned to your company can be picked up or returned at this time.
